Terms & Conditions


All items sold by The Tech Shoppe come with a 6-months Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty unless otherwise stated. Products from Fifine, Luxceo, Shanling, Ulanzi & Vijim come with a 12-months Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. The warranty period is calculated from the shipping date. Please keep your original invoice for warranty claims. The invoice will be used as proof of purchase.

All our products are shipped with warranty stickers. Please do not remove or tamper with these speakers. Any torn or damaged stickers may cause your product’s warranty to be voided. If for any reason you should receive a new product that does not have the warranty stickers, please contact My Tech Shoppe immediately.

During the warranty period, any items that cannot be repaired will qualify for a 1-for-1 product replacement with a product of equal or higher value. No cash refunds are provided. If an item is no longer available in stock, or out of production, My Tech Shoppe may offer a similar product or alternative product as a replacement.

Warranty claims, technical support, and repairs for any products that were not purchased from us will not be entertained.

Damage During Delivery

It is extremely important that customers check all items ordered upon arrival. You must inform My Tech Shoppe within 3 days of delivery if there are any damages or defects due to shipping. Please keep all items in their original packaging, and contact My Tech Shoppe to arrange for a replacement.

Any damage reports due to shipping received after 3 days from delivery will not be entertained. This does not affect legitimate warranty issues.

Return of Goods for Warranty

Please contact My Tech Shoppe before you send any products for warranty. We will provide you with an RMA# to write on the shipping label. Any items sent to My Tech Shoppe for warranty or otherwise, without an RMA# will not be processed. My Tech Shoppe will also not be responsible for such items if they are lost or damaged in transit.
