Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 or 2 days from receipt of payment. Shipments that are ready will be sent out on the same day or the next day (depending on pick up schedule). If on a Fri, the shipment will go out on either Sat or Mon. If on eve of a public holiday, the shipment will go out on the first new work day.

Delivery Time

Shipments in Phnom Penh will arrive on the day it is shipped out, not withstanding any delays such as problems finding customer’s location, etc.

Shipments to other cities and provinces will depend on the address provided. Lead times may vary from 1-3 days.

It is very important that customers provide accurate shipping addresses and telephone numbers so we can contact you in case of difficulties finding your location.

Damage During Delivery

It is extremely important that customers check all items ordered upon arrival. You must inform My Tech Shoppe within 3 days of delivery if there are any damages or defects due to shipping. Please keep all items in their original packaging, and contact My Tech Shoppe to arrange for a replacement.

Any damage reports due to shipping received after 3 days from delivery will not be entertained. This does not affect legitimate warranty issues.
